Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation and Rescheduling: - Cancellations or rescheduling will require a 48-hour notice or forfeiture of deposit will occur. No call, no show appointments may have to pay in full for future appointments. Cancellations affect our business and our other customers looking to book in that timeslot. 2. Customer Responsibility: - Ensure all necessary parts and fluids are ready and accurate before appt. We have free parts delivery but they are dependent on time of day and inventory. We do not stop your time if you need to leave to go get parts, please plan ahead. - Arrive 10 minutes early if you are a first-time customer or require special accommodations. We charge starting at appt. time minus deposit. 3. Identification Requirement: - Bring valid state-issued ID for our records. - Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian who signs waivers. 4. Booking Review: - We'll review bookings to ensure adequate resources/time for the job, so please describe what you are working on so we can better serve you. Being late or having missing information in booking may forfeit your appointment, with no refund on deposit. By booking, you agree to these policies.
